SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide from our UK studio. All orders are carefully packaged in branded boxes and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch: United Kingdom 2–4 business days, Europe 4–7 business days, and the rest of the world 7–14 business days. Standard UK shipping is £4.95 and is free on all orders over £150. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something is not right, you may return any unworn item in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact, within 30 days of delivery. Simply email us and we will guide you through the process.
Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it in full. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We are also happy to arrange an exchange where stock allows. Personalised or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
